  • Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. Estimated production times will be provided on the product page or during checkout.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer shipping via reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location:

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination; typically 7-21 business days after processing

3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Aluxs Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you’ve entered incorrect shipping details, please contact us immediately at info@aluxsstudio.com.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Aluxs Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aluxsstudio.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will review the claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.


8. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.
