It’s best to place your order 6 weeks in advance from the date of your event. This ensures that we have enough time to create your custom party favors. However, we understand that sometimes things come up last minute, so we’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.

No, we do not ship internationally! anywhere in the USA and Canada.

The only circumstances under which Aluxs Studio, LLC will issue a refund is if the studio is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons or illness. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded to the client.

No, we do not offer printing services.
Upon completion of the design project, you will receive the final design files in the appropriate file formats for both print and digital use. This typically includes high-resolution formats such as JPEG and PNG for digital applications, as well as vector formats such as AI or EPS for scalability and versatility in print applications.
No, Aluxs Studio, LLC does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon under exceptional circumstances. It’s important to note that buyers remorse or opting for another company’s services is not grounds for a refund. Once payment has been made, the sale is considered final.
If a client chooses to cancel a service that has already been paid for, Aluxs Studio, LLC does not refund the payment. Additionally, ownership of any completed or partial work remains with Aluxs Studio, LLC, and will not be transferred to the client. However, if the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.
