For our event graphics, please note that all items are intended for personal use exclusively. We want to clarify that we do not assert any ownership rights over the characters, logos, or graphics utilized. The copyrights and trademarks associated with character images and logos belong to their respective owners and are not being offered for sale. Customers are compensating us for our time and customization services.
Payment and Pricing:
For projects $99 and under, payment in full is required before work will begin. For projects over $100, a non-refundable payment of at least 50% is required before any work will begin. Unless purchasing directly from the site, thats automatically a full payment. Clients are required to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost before work begins. Full payment must be received upon completion of the project but before the final deliverables are provided. deposits must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice or the project is subject to cancellation.
Refunds + Cancellations
Deposits made for projects are non-refundable. In the event that a client decides to cancel a project after work has already begun, the client is obligated to make payment for the work completed up to the cancellation date.Refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed. Once a project reaches completion, no reimbursement for the finished work will be provided. The only scenario in which a client may be eligible for a refund is if Aluxs Studio is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons or illness. Under such circumstances, a refund process may be initiated.
Drafts + Revisions
Initial design drafts will be presented for client review. Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may NOT be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from [The Designer]. All drafts works are the property of Aluxs Studio. A specified number of revisions are included in the project scope. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Major project scope changes may incur additional fees.
Design Content
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, branding materials) unless otherwise agreed upon. Aluxs Studio retains the right to refuse to use content that goes against ethical or legal standards. Having a clear vision for your business is crucial for effective communication with [the designer]. If you prefer a freestyle approach to your project, it’s important to note that our creative visions may not align with what you have mind. It is advisable to have some concept or idea in mind for the project you are purchasing. Clients are expected to provide all images and text for their project in high quality. Pixelated photos can result in a subpar appearance. Please avoid submitting low-quality phone images, screenshots, or dull photos. Ensure that all submitted content is spell-checked and not subject to copyright. We reserve the right to revise submitted content if deemed necessary for the project, with any revisions on our part being communicated in advance.

Packages + Add-ons
For event package selections, items in the package can be substituted. As far other design packages, they can’t be substituted. When choosing an event package you will receive 1 everything in the package by the dozen, except for package D & E, everything comes in 2 dozen. Please be aware that there is an additional fee for any add-on items. Party favors can be purchased individually on the website.
Time Frames
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that inquiries for all projects be made with a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice. Project timelines will be outlined in the initial proposal and are subject to change based on client responsiveness and feedback. Delays caused by the client may result in extended timelines. Please be advised that all time frames relate to business days only. During peak/busy times, there may be an extension in the design timeframe of 1-3 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the time frame of any project.
Rush Fees
Rush services are available for an additional fee of to be determined based on the urgency and scope of the project. If the order is not placed within the 6-week timeframe, it will be considered a rush order, and a fee will be charged accordingly. Aluxs Studio reserves the right to decline rush requests based on availability.
Content Delivery Files/Policy
Final design files will be delivered in the agreed-upon format. All design-only projects are transmitted to you (“The Client/Customer”) via email from (“Aluxs Studio”). Logo design files are consistently provided in JPG, PNG, PDF, and .AI or .PSD formats. The vector format, essential for scalability, incurs no additional charge. For other digital projects such as flyers, business cards, website graphics, etc., they are transmitted in JPG or PNG format. If a PDF file is required, please contact us for the necessary supply. While you own the rights to the finalized project files delivered to you (excluding core files), all core PSD or .AI files remain the property of Aluxs Studio, even if a copy has been shared with you. Upon project completion, you (the client) grant Aluxs Studio, the right to use the work for portfolio and/or marketing purposes, unless an alternative agreement has been established. Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files. Requests for additional copies may be subject to a fee. Aluxs Studio retains ownership of the native/source files unless explicitly negotiated.
